At a time when Bollywood has been facing flak and a rout with back-to-back disasters for the last two years, as a blessing in disguise Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has achieved great success with the blockbuster movie Pathaan, which has collected over 1000 crores. Now, his fans and the film industry are eagerly waiting for his next project, Jawaan, directed by Atlee.
The movie will feature Nayanthara in a key role, along with two other actresses. However, there are efforts to cast Deepika Padukone in the movie as well, with Shah Rukh Khan insisting on featuring her in at least one song. Director Atlee has reportedly planned a mass beat item song featuring the duo.
Deepika Padukone's appearance in Pathan is believed to have brought good luck, leading the makers to try and cast her in Jawaan. Some reports suggest that Shah Rukh Khan has chosen to bring her in for sentimental reasons, and it is expected that her appearance will generate positive buzz around the film.
Nayan usually steals the show and it is expected to create a nice hype for the movie and now Deepika's presence could really give the film more power punch.
