The movie KGF has gained a special place among the mass films that have taken the Indian audience by storm. This movie has been loved by audiences across the country, regardless of language and region. Both KGF-1 and KGF-2 have survived divided reviews and become unstoppable blockbusters.
KGF-2, which was released around the same time last year, collected more than Rs. 1200 crores and created a sensation. At the end of the movie, there was a hint about KGF-3, but there has been no further discussion about it. Currently, Prashant Neel, the director of KGF, is busy with the movie Salaar, followed by a film with NTR and reportedly another movie with Prabhas.
There have been doubts among people whether KGF-3 is in the works among so many movies. However, the production house of KGF, Hombale Films, has confirmed that KGF-3 is definitely in the works and even hinted at the story.
On the occasion of KGF-2's anniversary, Hombale Films released a special video on Twitter raising the question of where Rocky Bhai was from 1978 to 1981. This is believed to be a hint at the story of KGF-3, which will focus on what Rocky did during those three years. In KGF-2, Rocky was shown drowning in the sea along with the gold, but his journey after escaping will be shown in Chapter-3, which will be directed by Prashanth.
