The trend of re-releasing old Telugu films has gained momentum, with filmmakers announcing the revival of classic movies every now and then. Pokiri, Jalsa, Okkadu, and many other films have made a huge impact, leading to a significant increase in the number of old Telugu films being released again. However, the latest news of NTR's Andhrawala being re-released has left fans perplexed as to why a flop film is being brought back to the theatres.

The announcement of Andhrawala's re-release has not gone down well with NTR's fans. They are questioning why films like Aadi, Simhadri, Student No. 1, Yamadonga, and Temper, which were good films, were not given priority over Andhrawala. Andhrawala, which created a sensation in 2004, was a big hit at the time of its release. It was so popular that special trains had to be arranged to transport lakhs of fans to the audio launch.

However, it was a huge disappointment for the audience as well as director Puri Jagannadh, as it failed to live up to the expectations of being a hit with NTR. The storyline, comedy track, and flashback episodes were all letdowns. As NTR's RRR is being celebrated on a grand scale, the re-release of flops such as Andhrawala could potentially ruin the entire theatrical experience.
