Prashanth Neel is now one of the most sought-after directors in the South Indian film industry. At a time when it was thought that no one could ever compete with Bahubali, he arrived with KGF and then KGF 2 which created a sensation all over the country. He is very much in demand now and currently he is involved with young rebel star Prabhas for completing their maiden venture 'Salaar'.
The shooting of the film is going on at a brisk pace and at the same time there are also discussions about the sequel to the film 'Salaar-2' which is also being expected to happen. However, there are other things which need to be wrapped up before the director takes a final call. Moreover, the banner Hombale Films is also keen to know the status.
Hence, next month a crucial meeting of the filmmakers is all set to happen in which they would be discussing how to go ahead. Whether the sequel should be completed immediately or it could be taken up later. One more reason for this is, Yash and Ram Charan are also waiting to work with Prashanth Neel while he is committed for NTR's project that may take at least two years.
Even Prabhas wants to go ahead with his other projects and hence everyone is keen to get clarity over when Salaar-2 will happen and whether it will happen or not. The director too wants to take up exciting projects and not waste the prime time of his career by simply being fixated to one team.
