Unlike the Bollywood circuit, the Tollywood industry has always stuck to rules and never really gotten into experimental stuff. However, with changing times, some heroes are willing to go out of their comfort zone and see how things go. One hero is now attempting something unexpected.
He is none other than Sree Vishnu. It is known news that Vishnu has always focused on scripts which are offbeat and characters which are very different. Now, it is heard that he has signed up for a project wherein he would be essaying the role of a gay. This is touted to be a full length comedy entertainer.
Given the conventional mindset of the Telugu audience, accepting a hero as a gay is a challenge of sorts but if the treatment of the subject is sensible and the narrative is entertaining, it is quite likely that the film might become a big hit. For now, one should appreciate Sree Vishnu for daring to do something like that so here's wishing him all success.
