Sai Pallavi Commands the Screen as Interpol Officer Nithya Reddy in Dhanush’s Pan-Indian Actioner ‘OM’
The promotional campaign for director Rajkumar Periasamy’s upcoming pan-Indian action tentpole, OM – Chapter 1: Udhiram – The Blood Wood, stepped up a gear with the release of Sai Pallavi’s official character introduction video. Moving away from her familiar slice-of-life and emotionally delicate portrayals, the actress appears in an authoritative law-enforcement avatar as Nithya Reddy.
Starring Dhanush in the lead role, OM is produced by Shraddha Agrawal under the RTake Studios banner in collaboration with Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.
Inside Nithya Reddy’s World: The Brains Behind ‘Operation OM’
The character glimpse frames Nithya Reddy as a seasoned, sharp, and uncompromising intelligence operative with operational stints across the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Interpol.
Tasked with heading Operation OM—a high-stakes covert mission targeted at dismantling organized red sandalwood smuggling syndicates—the teaser highlights Sai Pallavi’s controlled intensity, crisp body language, and tactical demeanor. The character presentation adds a grounded, formidable presence to the film's gritty narrative universe.
