My introduction to Telugu cinema started during 'Happy Days' through my close friendship with Sekhar Kammula garu, alongside longtime friends Kiran and Adivi Sesh. After 'Ranga Maarthaanda', I was hunting for a subject that possessed raw cultural depth. That was when director Santhosh narrated this story centered on Goddess Varahi.
The premise struck an immediate emotional chord. Our production house is named 'Rajasheyamala Entertainments'—which itself honors the divine mother—so bringing Varahi Ammavaru’s power to celluloid felt predestined.
