The narrative of Isakapatnam anchors itself on a massive empire built on crime, commerce, and politics. Samuthirakani plays Naidu, the most formidable and cunning kingpin of the port town who prides himself on always staying one step ahead of his rivals.
However, his absolute control faces its ultimate test when a rebellion rises from within his own household. Aishwarya Rajesh portrays Bharati, Naidu's fiercely independent and resilient daughter. Refusing to be a passive bystander in a world dictated by violent men, Bharati challenges her father's tyrannical authority.
