Actor Sivakarthikeyan spoke to the media about his highly anticipated film, 'Madharaasi', an action entertainer directed by A.R. Murugadoss. The film, produced by Sri Lakshmi Movies, is set to hit theaters on September 5th.

Sivakarthikeyan expressed his delight at working with the visionary director, who has helmed films with superstars like Chiranjeevi and Mahesh Babu. "He is very cool and has great clarity. I learned a lot from him," the actor said. "This entire shooting process was a very positive experience, and he has delivered a solid film."

On the Film's Content

The actor described 'Madharaasi' as a fresh and unique story with high-voltage action sequences. "The film's love and action portions are its two main pillars," he explained. He praised Rukmini Vasanth, the female lead, for her performance, stating that her role is crucial to the film's emotional core. "Her performance is a big asset to the film," he added.

Sivakarthikeyan noted that the action sequences in the film will "mesmerize" the audience and offer a very different experience. He assured fans that the movie is a grand theatrical experience that is meant to be celebrated on the big screen.

On the Technical Team

He spoke highly of the film's technical crew. "Anirudh and I are best friends," he said, highlighting their track record of musical hits. He mentioned that the film's background score is particularly special and will be a treat for the audience. The actor also praised cinematographer Sudeep Elamon for his visuals, editor Sreekar Prasad for his cuts, and production designer Arun Venjaramoodu for the film's rich production value.

On the Co-stars

Sivakarthikeyan called his co-stars Biju Menon and Vidyut Jammwal the film's "two other pillars." He mentioned that the action sequences with Vidyut were especially "crazy." He also lauded Biju Menon as a wonderful actor whose voice modulation adds to his brilliant performance.

The actor thanked producer Tirupati Prasad for his unwavering support. "He's a very simple person, but he made a huge film. I really admire his quality of spending whatever is needed for good content," he said.

Sivakarthikeyan concluded by saying that he doesn't see a difference between Telugu and Tamil audiences, as both appreciate good cinema. "Whether a film is big or small, they will support it if it's good," he said. He expressed his hope that 'Madharaasi' would receive the same love and recognition as his previous films.
