The upcoming Bollywood film "Pathaan" starring Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham is aiming to create new records with reports that nearly two lakh tickets have been sold across major theatres marking the first day of advance booking.
Trade experts are predicting an opening collection of 50 crores which may reach about 150-200 crores gross in India during the first weekend and a massive collection of 300 crores worldwide. This has once again created a new wave of hope among fans of King Khan and even the distributors who were doubting SRK's stamina.
The film which has been directed by Siddharth Anand is looking at a five-day weekend, which will be a huge advantage for its box office numbers. The movie will hit theatres following a lot of controversy recently by Hindutva supporters. Scheduled to hit the screens on January 25th, let us wait to see how things take shape.
