The upcoming pan-India film "45," a Suraj Production venture bankrolled by Smt. Uma Ramesh Reddy and M. Ramesh Reddy, has officially launched its teaser in a grand event held today in Hyderabad. This highly anticipated movie marks the directorial debut of the renowned music composer Arjun Janya and features a powerful trio of lead actors: Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, and Raj B Shetty. "45" is gearing up for a significant theatrical release across the nation.

Making his directorial debut, Arjun Janya shared his excitement, "I am thrilled to be directing '45' with such stalwarts as Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, and Raj B Shetty. When I first narrated the story to Shiva Rajkumar, his encouragement spurred me to take on the directorial responsibilities myself. That belief gave me the confidence to helm this project. Shiva Rajkumar will be seen in a truly unique avatar in this film. Despite facing health challenges, his unwavering support during the shoot was invaluable. Upendra is an exceptional actor, capable of embodying any role with finesse – a true director's actor. We meticulously pre-visualized every scene, including CG, dialogues, and background score, which significantly streamlined our production process and optimized our budget. Telugu cinema boasts numerous talented directors, and I hope they too will explore such efficient approaches. The screenplay of '45' is unlike anything you've seen, even while incorporating all the essential commercial ingredients."
Upendra spoke about his fresh portrayal, "Director Arjun Janya has presented me in a completely novel light in '45.' When he first came to narrate the story, I was casually dressed at home, and he remarked that my look at that moment would be perfect for my character. There's also a creatively integrated dialogue in the film that references my movie 'Om.' It's wonderful to see Arjun Janya, a composer with over a hundred super-hit films to his credit, now step into the director's chair. I fondly recall making 'Om' with Shiva Rajkumar, and on the second day of shooting, he predicted I would become a great director, which both unnerved and motivated me. I am delighted to be working with him again. The story and our characters in '45' hold suspense for now, but the film promises a complete package – class, mass appeal, and pure entertainment. Additionally, I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to work alongside the legendary Rajinikanth and the esteemed Nagarjuna in 'Coolie.' I consider Rajinikanth my Ekalavya Guru."
The charismatic Shiva Rajkumar added, "Arjun Janya narrated the core of the story to me in a mere 4–5 minutes, and I was immediately convinced to be a part of '45.' When he suggested another director might helm the project, I insisted that he himself should take on the direction because I truly believed that only he could do complete justice to this unique narrative. It is a joy to share the screen with Upendra once again. He is an immensely talented individual who lives and breathes cinema. I have learned a great deal from him. Towards the end of the shoot, I received a diagnosis of cancer, but even while undergoing chemotherapy, I was determined to continue filming. While Raj B Shetty couldn't be with us today, I want to emphasize that in '45,' none of our roles overshadow the others – the story itself is the true protagonist. It will be the primary driving force of the film. Arjun is poised to earn significant recognition with this movie, and the audience is in for a truly unique screenplay experience."
