Thousands Benefit from UKIDFF's Second Annual Diabetic Foot Health Camp in Bhimavaram

The UK India Diabetic Foot Foundation (UKIDFF) recently hosted its second annual health camp in Bhimavaram, drawing an impressive crowd of 3,000 attendees. Held at DNR College on January 20th, 2025, the camp provided vital diabetic foot care services and raised awareness about this critical health issue.

Led by Dr. Venu Kavarthapu and coordinated by Smt. Shyamala Uppalapati and Sai Praseedha Uppalapati, the camp brought together a distinguished team of specialists from the UK, UAE, and India. Medical professionals from renowned institutions, including Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills and Dr. Varma Group of Hospitals, provided free screenings, medications, and expert advice on foot protection and wound care.
