According to reports, the fire broke out at Mark Shankar's educational institution in Singapore. In the unfortunate incident, the young boy sustained injuries to his hands and legs. Furthermore, he reportedly inhaled smoke, leading to respiratory distress. Mark Shankar was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where he is currently receiving medical treatment.
The news of this distressing incident reached Sri Pawan Kalyan while he was on a scheduled tour of the Alluri Sitarama Raju district in Andhra Pradesh. Upon learning about his son's accident, concerned officials and party leaders urged the Deputy Chief Minister to immediately halt his tour and travel to Singapore.
However, Sri Pawan Kalyan, demonstrating his commitment to his prior engagements, expressed his intention to complete his planned activities before departing. He stated that he had given his word to the tribal community of Kuridi village, near Araku, to visit them on Tuesday (today, April 8th) and understand their issues. He insisted on fulfilling this promise before leaving for Singapore. Additionally, he mentioned that arrangements had already been made for the commencement of several development programs in the region, and he wished to oversee their initiation before traveling.
Following the conclusion of his engagements in the Manyam region, Sri Pawan Kalyan is expected to reach Visakhapatnam. From there, arrangements are being made for his travel to Singapore to be with his son and family during this challenging time. The exact nature and severity of Mark Shankar's injuries are still being assessed by medical professionals in Singapore, and further updates on his condition are awaited. The thoughts and prayers of many are with Mark Shankar for a speedy recovery and with Sri Pawan Kalyan and his family during this difficult period.
