The Sri Kalasudha Telugu Association, renowned for celebrating Telugu culture in Chennai with its annual Ugadi awards, is gearing up for this year's grand ceremony. The event will take place on the 30th of this month at the Music Academy in Royapettah, Chennai. Details of the ceremony were revealed at a press conference held at the Hyderabad Film Chamber today.
Sri Kalasudha Telugu Association President, Betireddy Srinivas, stated, "For over 25 years, we have been presenting the Ugadi awards, highlighting the glory of Telugu people in Chennai. This year, the ceremony will be held at the Chennai Music Academy from 4:29 PM on the 30th. We will be presenting the Butt బొమ్మ Award to heroines Meenakshi Chaudhary and Sakshi Vaidya, and the Bapu Ramana Puraskaram to hero Dulquer Salmaan and director Prashanth Varma. Additionally, Ugadi awards will be given to outstanding Telugu films, actors, and technicians in various categories, including Pushpa 2 for Best Sensational Film, Hanuman for Best Film, Prabhas and Allu Arjun for Best Actors, and Indraja and Niveda Thomas for Best Actresses. We hope this year’s Ugadi awards will also be a resounding success."
Actor Gemini Suresh said, "I sincerely congratulate the Sri Kalasudha Telugu Association for their dedication to the Telugu community. I am delighted to be hosting this year’s Ugadi awards ceremony.
