In a bizarre incident in Telangana’s Nandikonda municipality, people were supplied drinking water from a tanker, where a group of monkeys were found dead.
In a video, which is being circulated now, it is estimated that at least 20 to 30 bodies of monkeys were found in the water tanker. It is being speculated that monkeys might have come to that place and as the tanker got covered with only rakes, they might have fallen inside. Unable to escape from the same, Monkeys died in the tanker.
Unfortunately, the Nandikonda Municipality supplies the same water to the public nearby, and they consume it unknowingly. It is yet to see, what kind of repercussions this incident would bring to the public and officials.
