The Election Commission of India today made the election schedule for the upcoming State Assembly elections public. Telangana will go to polls on November 30. On December 3, the counting will take place for all five States, including the Telugu State.

Madhya Pradesh - November 17
Rajasthan - November 23
Chhattisgarh - November 7 & 17

Date of issue of gazette notification: November 3.
Last date of making nominations: November 10.
Date for scrutiny of nominations: November 13.
Laste date for withdrawal of candidatures: November 15.
Date of polling: November 30.
Date of counting: December 3.
Date before which elections shall be completed: December 5.
Chhattisgarh, where the Naxal threat is a concern, is the only State where the polling is going to take place in two phases.
