It looks like the TDP-led NDA government has made up its mind to be vengeful and vindictive. On Saturday, the central office of the YSR Congress Party in Tadepalli was bulldozed by the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) officials. Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy hit out at Chandrababu Naidu, accusing him of contemptuously ignoring a High Court order pertaining to the same.
Jagan wrote that law and justice have been thrown to the winds by "dictator" Naidu. He said that Naidu, through today's actions, has conveyed that he is going to spearhead a violent dispensation for the next five years.
The YSRCP chief wrote that his resolve to fight for the people will never be weakened. He appealed to all right-thinking people to condemn the blatant misuse of power by the new government.
In recent days, politics have also been played by the new government over the Rushikonda Palace. While the YSRCP has held that the Palace was constructed for official purposes, the TDP and the Jana Sena Party have painted it as Jagan's palace built for his lavish living.
