As the elections are fast approaching, the war of words between TDP and YCP has reached its peak. In this context, TDP has made a scathing allegation against YCP as they claimed that Jagan gifted a watch worth Rs 2 crore to a judge for managing the judicial system and arresting Chandra Babu Naidu.
This reports was extensively carried by TDP and was reported by the main Twitter handle of TDP itself which means that the party sees this speculation seriously.
YCP has now reacted to this wild allegation and commented "Elections are approaching. You don't know what you're doing when you're depressed because you don't see your winning chances. If you are making such a comment on a judge and a chief minister, then it is clear what is your mental condition. Denigrating systems and individuals with such baseless comments may result in legal action. If you are making such comments even while in opposition, it shows how miserable your party is."
YCP has effectively gunned down the narrative of TDP with this affirmative response. It is certain that there will be more such verbal exchanges between these two parties in the days to follow.
