YS Jagan and his sister YS Sharmila didn't even come face to face in recent years. Sharmila moved to Hyderabad along with Vijayamma to partake in Telangana politics and deterred herself from Jagan's camp. But after a long break, Jagan and Sharmila are meeting again and it is happening today.
Sharmila has secured a meeting with Jagan today. It is not a formal visit but a personal one. Sharmila is scheduled to meet Jagan at his house in Tadepalligudem this evening. She, along with her family is coming to meet her brother Jagan and sister-in-law Bharathi.
The purpose of the meeting is to invite Jagan and Bharathi to the wedding ceremony of Sharmila's son YS Raja Reddy. This is the first time Jagan and Sharmila are meeting in the public's eye after a few years so the YS family supporters are waiting for the visual to see Jagan and Sharmila together.
Jagan has the responsibility of fulfilling his brotherly duties to Sharmila so he has to respond positively to the invite. The engagement ceremony is on 18 January and the wedding is set for 17th February.
