IRR Scam: No relief for CBN

Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has been caught in multiple fraud cases as the AP CID has started to dig up the cases against him that have been under the discussion for many months now.

In this context, CBN has filed for anticipatory bail in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road scam that has been alleged against him by the AP CID.

The AP high court heard the case today and passed a brief verdict on the early bail plea filed by Chandrababu Naidu with connection with the case.

The court stated that the hearing on the case has been pushed to the 7th of November. The court opined that there is no immediate need to hear the case on emergency basis and they have now postponed the same.

With the anticipatory bail plea postponed, CBN will now have to wait and see if the AP CID will generate enough evidence to identify if CBN is involved with the scam.

It is known that Nara Lokesh and Narayana are also named in the case and if this case drags on and evidence is established then the TDP high command will be in huge trouble.
