Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has been rattling under extreme legal pressure as he has already been arrested in the AP skill development scam and he has also been named in the AP fiber grid scam, Inner Ring Road scam, and the Angallu violence case.
Naidu had applied for anticipatory bail at the High Court on the Inner Ring Road, Amaravati Ring Road, and Angallu violence cases but to no avail.
The High Court had completed the hearing on these cases last week itself and held the judgement on reserve till today. A short while ago, the judgement was passed and it came as a major stroke to the TDP chief.
The HC has dismissed all three bail pleas that were filed by Chandrababu Naidu, meaning he will have to face the legal course of action and possible investigation in these three cases.
The AP CID has been actively pursuing the ring road and fiber grid scam. The AP police department is pursuing the Angallu violence case in an active manner.
Naidu who has already been receiving a lot of pressure from the investigative troops over the last month has now come under even more pressure with the latest judgement from the court.
