Chandrababu Naidu is doing everything he can to come out of the skill development case allegations. He has even moved the supreme court after failed attempts at the ACB court and AP high court.
Now, Chandrababu hoped for a positive result at the supreme court with his experienced and skilled panel of Siddharth Luthra and other senior lawyers.
However, CBN has been dealt with a shocker of sorts as Justice Bhatti had recused himself from the case just seconds after it came in front of him. The case was then taken to the Chief Justice bench.
Now, the CJ has also pushed the case further ahead as he adjourned the next hearing to the 3rd of October. The court order has been passed and the hearing has been adjourned to the 3rd of October.
