TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has been named as the main accused in the skill development scam. There are also charges of inner ring road and fiber grid which are yet to hit the court.
Meanwhile, the 407 ACT has been filed against Chandrababu in the skill development scam. This is a very strong charge and can be enforced only in case there is a substantial evidence stacked against the accused.
If the 407 ACT is upheld against Chandrababu at the court, he could be getting up to 7 years prison sentence. If the degree of the scam are established to be bigger, then there is a chance that he could even be getting life prison sentence, revealed former CBI JD LakshmiNarayana.
It is also established that if 407 ACT is charged against an accused, he/she can be arrested without any prior notice. The same thing has happened with Chandrababu Naidu now.
Well, as it appears, Chandrababu's case is a lot more serious than first thought and he is likely to face some fierce legal action in connection with the same.
