The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has passed the judgement on the quash petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development scam.
Justice Sreenivas Reddy's bench has canceled the quash petition, meaning Chandrababu's effort to dispose off the case at the High Court has come crashing down.
The ACB court will now have the leeway to announce its judgement on the CID remand plea that has completed the hearing already and the judgement will be out at 2:30 PM today.
Chandrababu Naidu hoped that the backing of senior lawyers like Siddharth Luthra and Harish Salve will come to his rescue in the High Court quash petition but that isn't the case.
In some time now, the Vijayawada ACB court will announce the judgement on the CID investigation request on CBN and if this is approved, Naidu will be extensively investigated by the CID in the skill development scam.
