YSRCP MLA Perni Nani had recently revealed that there are 7-10 cases that are stacked against Chandrababu Naidu and he will be duly held responsible for all of them in the due course.
Now, the AP CID has filed another new case against Chandrababu and this time around, it is in connection with the AP Fiber Grid scam. This comes right after the AP high court completed hearing in the skill development case quash petition and reserved the judgement for 21 September.
Meanwhile, the AP CID has filed a new case at the Vijayawada ACB court requesting a Prisoner Transfer order in the AP Fiber Grid case. The CID argued that Chandrababu handed over the contract to TerraSoft company in an illegal manner and he needs to be investigated over the same.
The court has accepted the case and further hearing will begin in the due course. If Chandrababu is found guilty in this case, then there could be legal consequences for the same
