Prime Video has officially announced the global premiere date of its upcoming Original Series Do You Wanna Partner, a quirky comedy-drama starring Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty. The show will debut exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 240 countries and territories worldwide on September 12, 2025.
Produced under the banner of Dharmatic Entertainment, the series is backed by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, and Apoorva Mehta, with Somen Mishra and Archit Kumar serving as executive producers. The project is directed by Collin D’Cunha and Kumar, and written by Nandini Gupta, Aarsh Vora, and Mithun Gongopadhyay, with the story created by Gongopadhyay and Nishant Nayak.
Plot Overview
Set against the backdrop of urban India, Do You Wanna Partner follows two spirited best friends — Shikha and Anahita (played by Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty) — who venture into the male-dominated world of craft beer to launch their own alcohol start-up. Their journey is filled with chaotic adventures, eccentric encounters, and bold decisions, painting an authentic and entertaining portrait of female ambition and entrepreneurship.
The show also features an ensemble cast including Jaaved Jaafery, Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, Neeraj Kabi, Sufi Motiwala, and Rannvijay Singha in pivotal roles.
