Ram Gopal Varma stormed Mallareddy Engineering and Management Sciences College, igniting excitement for his upcoming psychological thriller, "Saaree," set to release on March 21st. The event, packed with 2,000 students, faculty, and board directors, saw RGV, his cast, and producer Ravi Shankar Verma unveil the film's chilling premise.

"Saaree," a pan-Indian film in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, delves into the dark side of social media and its real-life consequences. RGV, an engineering graduate himself, connected with the students, stating, "This film is based on real-life incidents, showcasing how blind trust in online strangers can lead to terrifying events."

The session crackled with RGV's trademark wit. When a student asked if he'd hug him, RGV quipped, "Do I look like someone who hugs men?" He also playfully dodged questions about directing Pawan Kalyan, stating, "Only after I die," and dismissed a potential collaboration with Sandeep Ranga, saying, "We're both directors, it won't work."

Aradhya Devi, the film's heroine, charmed the audience, asking, "Do you like my saree?" and declaring her love for Hyderabad. Satya Yadu, the hero, playfully asked the girls, "Do I look like a hero or a psycho?" before assuring them he's a good person in reality.

Producer Ravi Shankar Verma revealed the film's origin, stating, "RGV shared the 'Saaree' story, and Aradhya's Instagram look sparked the project." RGV's sister, Vijaya, added a personal touch, sharing anecdotes about RGV's childhood and his "different thoughts," confirming he's "not the type to hit anyone."

The event, hosted by Lucky Lakshmi, was a whirlwind of laughter and enthusiasm, leaving the students eager to witness the psychological thrills of "Saaree." The film promises to be a gripping exploration of modern anxieties, driven by RGV's unique vision.
