Tamil star Karthi had an eventful 2022 with three hits – Viruman, Sardar and Ponniyan Selvan. His performance in master movie maker Mani Rathnam's multi starrer was lauded and the film became a pan India hit. He is looking for a good year this time too.
Presently, he is working with the genius director Murugadoss on his next venture titled 'Japan'. The movie is based on a periodic touch and is a comedy action thriller film. The producers released a poster marking the eve of Pongal in which Karthi shares the appearance of a vintage villain.
His hair style and dress are unique and since Karthi can carry comedy really well, it is expected that this film too will be a memorable one for his career. The film is also expected to release in Telugu as well.
