Nandamuri Balakrishna's action-packed hit "Daaku Maharaaj," which stormed theaters on January 12th, 2025, is about to make its digital debut on Netflix.1 However, reports suggest that the streaming giant may have removed scenes featuring actress Urvashi Rautela.

According to NDTV, Netflix has deleted Urvashi's scenes from the film, though there has been no official confirmation from the platform.2 This news comes on the heels of Netflix's earlier omission of Urvashi from the film's announcement poster, sparking further intrigue. Fans will have to wait until the film's OTT premiere on February 21st, 2025 to know for sure.

"Daaku Maharaaj" features Balakrishna in the titular role, a man who transforms into a daring robber to fight against injustice and tyranny.3 The film boasts a stellar cast, including Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, Rishi, Chandini Chowdary, and Pradeep Rawat, among others.4

Directed by Bobby Kolli, with music by Thaman, cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan, and editing by Ruben and Niranjan Devaramane, "Daaku Maharaaj" received positive reviews upon its theatrical release during Sankranthi 2025.5

Meanwhile, Nandamuri Balakrishna is gearing up for his next project, "Akhanda 2," directed by Boyapati Srinu.6
