Producer SKN, known for his blockbuster hits, has clarified recent comments he made about Telugu actresses at the "Return of the Dragon" pre-release event, stating that his humorous remarks were misinterpreted and misrepresented. He emphasized his strong support for Telugu women in the film industry, highlighting his track record of introducing and collaborating with numerous Telugu heroines.
SKN explained, "My playful comments about Telugu girls at the event were taken out of context. Some media outlets are falsely claiming that I don't work with or support Telugu actresses. In reality, I've introduced 8 Telugu girls as heroines and have worked with 12 in total." He listed his impressive roster of Telugu heroines, including Rashmi, Anandi, Manasa, Priyanka Jawalkar, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Harika, Aishwarya, and Kushita.
He further emphasized his commitment to promoting Telugu women in all areas of filmmaking, stating, "I'm not just focused on heroines, but also on providing opportunities in direction, production, and art direction. My goal is to introduce 25 Telugu girls across all film crafts, and I'm well on my way to achieving that."
