Venkatesh Returns as Singer for Sankranthiki Vasthunnam's Festive Track

Following the resounding success of "Jingidi Jingidi" from "Guru," where Victory Venkatesh's spirited vocals stole the show, the beloved actor is once again lending his voice to a film's soundtrack. This time, it's for his highly anticipated Sankranthi release, "Sankranthiki Vasthunnam."

A recently released behind-the-scenes video offers a glimpse into this exciting development. Director Anil Ravipudi, alongside Venkatesh, co-stars Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary, producer Shirish, and music director Bheems Ceciroleo, reveal the story behind this musical collaboration.

Initially, Ravipudi had envisioned a renowned Bollywood singer for the film's festive track. However, Venkatesh, with his characteristic charm and enthusiasm, expressed a keen interest in singing the song himself. The video captures Venkatesh's playful persistence, ultimately persuading Ravipudi to grant him the opportunity.

The vibrant Sankranthi number, choreographed by Bhanu Master, is currently being filmed at the RFC. With the first two songs from the film already topping charts, anticipation for this special track featuring Venkatesh's vocals has reached fever pitch.

In "Sankranthiki Vasthunnam," Venkatesh portrays a former police officer, with Aishwarya Rajesh playing his wife and Meenakshi Chaudhary his former love interest.

Presented by Dil Raju and produced by Shirish, the film boasts a talented technical crew, including cinematographer Sameer Reddy, production designer AS Prakash, editor Tammiraju, and action choreographer V Venkat. The screenplay is a collaborative effort by S Krishna and G Adhinarayana.

Mark your calendars for the Sankranthi release of "Sankranthiki Vasthunnam" on January 14th.
