Sumanth Prabhas' New Film with Subhash Chandra and Red Puppet Productions Launched with Grand Pooja Ceremony

Sumanth Prabhas, who garnered recognition as both lead actor and director with his debut film "Mem Famous," has announced his second film as a lead actor. This new project marks the maiden production venture of Red Puppet Productions and introduces Subhash Chandra, known for his short films with MR Productions, as the director.

The film was officially launched today with a grand pooja ceremony at Ramanaidu Studios. Hero Sree Vishnu sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while Suresh Babu switched on the camera. Directors Srikanth Odela, Shouryuv, and Mahesh Babu P did the honors of directing the first shot. The script was handed over to the makers by Allu Aravind, with Suniel Narang also gracing the occasion. All the guests blessed the young team for their journey ahead.

After the success of "Mem Famous," Sumanth Prabhas listened to numerous stories for his next project, but none truly resonated with him. At one point, he even contemplated writing and directing his own story. It was when Subhash Chandra approached him with this script that he finally found the right fit. The young hero listened to over 85 stories before giving his approval to this project, highlighting his meticulous approach in choosing his next venture.

Nidhi Pradeep is being introduced as the female lead. Jagapathi Babu will be playing a major role in the film, alongside Rajeev Kanakala, Harshavardhan, Sudarshan, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Viva Raghav, Reenu, and Rohit Krishna in other key roles.

The film is touted to be a youthful musical rural romantic comedy, bringing a fresh approach to the big screen. It will be extensively shot in and around Bhimavaram, showcasing the visual beauty of the West Godavari region.

The team has already announced a casting call, receiving a tremendous response from aspiring actors. Sai Santosh will handle the cinematography, while Naga Vamshi Krishna is the music director. Pravalya is the production designer, and Anil Kumar P is the editor. The film will begin shooting soon.

He also revealed the two love stories within the film - one between Sumanth and the heroine, and another between a father and daughter. He thanked the producer for believing in the story and expressed his gratitude to Jagapathi Babu for accepting a key role.
