'Yevam' is the title of an upcoming thriller drama starring 'Colour Photo' heroine Chandini Chowdary as the lead protagonist. Vasishta Simha plays an unconventional antagonist who is consumed by lust. Bharat Raj, Aashu Reddy and others are part of the cast.
Its Teaser, unveiled by CSpace and Prakash Dantuluri Productions, signals that the film is going to be a rooted thriller with allegorical story-telling. Produced by actor Navdeep (whose 'Love, Mouli' is going to be released soon) and Pavan Goparaju, the film has the background score done by Keertana Sesh. The songs have been composed by Sesh and Neelesh Mandalapu. The folksy touch in the teaser is a highlight.
Written by director Prakash Dantuluri, the film was shot by cinematographer SV Vishweshwar. Srujana Adusumilli has edited the movie. Eshwar Penti is the choreographer. Nanaji T is the art director.
The teaser was released at the hands of star director Harish Shankar.
After a film like 'Gaami', Chandini needs a dark thriller like 'Yevam' to prove that she is consistent. The film's release date is yet to be announced.
