'Gorre Puranam' Teaser: Goat sparks Hindu-Muslim tensions in a village!

Imagine a goat becoming the focal point and cause of communal tensions between two major communities in a village. That's 'Gorre Puranam' for you, a satire starring actor Suhas in the lead. The film's Teaser is out.

The Teaser takes off on a tense note, with a group of Hindus on one side and a group of Muslims on the other side having heated exchanges over a goat. Nobody is ready to concede an inch. Apparently, the goat in question has made a trespass, triggering the massive egos of both communities.

Like the dog in Sekhar Kammula's 'Godavari', the goat here has a mind voice of its own. And the tone of its language is light-veined.

When push comes to shove, Suhas' character enters the scene. He is serving a jail term at the Chanchalguda jail for an undisclosed reason. The actor, seen this year in 'Ambajipeta Marriage Band' and the recent 'Prasanna Vadanam', is supporting this content-driven film.

Directed by Bobby, the film is produced by Praveen Reddy. With cinematography by Suresh Sarangam, the film's music is by Pawan Ch. Mohan K Talluri is its art director. Edited by Vamsi Krishna Raavi, the film's executive producer is Prashanth Mandava.
