Sri Sarathi Studios launches Dolby Mixing, Sound Design studios

Sri Sarathi Studios, which was established in 1956 in Hyderabad, remains one of the oldest cine studios in India. The news is that it has embarked on a new journey with the commencement of advanced Dolby Mixing and Sound Design studios. The state-of-art facilities now available at the studio are a first in the Telugu States. Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani and music director Shekhar Chandra unveiled the new studios on Friday. Prabhas' pan-Indian movie 'Kalki 2898 AD' is going to make use of the technology soon.

Speaking on the occasion, Sri Sarathi Studios' chairman MSRV Prasad said, "We first thought of converting this studio into a multiplex theater, but then we gave up the idea. After deciding to continue as a movie studio, we have made available in our studio a variety of surroundings for production-related works. We have also been going forward with advanced technology required for post-production works befitting today's fast-changing times."

KV Rao, director of Sri Sarathi Studios, informed that the first copy of 'Kalki 2898 AD' will be readied. Producer KL Damodar Prasad, President of the Telugu Film Producers Council, was also present.
