Actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas has collaborated with producer Sahu Garapati of 'Bhagavanth Kesari' fame and writer-director Koushik Pegallapati for his 11th film. The project was made official on Sri Rama Navami.
After doing out-and-out commercial entertainers, Bellamkonda is now doing a horror mystery. "We have designed the subject in such a way that the film will redefine the tale of Light vs. Dark with a modern narrative," the makers said. "We are going to push the boundaries by offering a technically brilliant and visually exhilarating film with an original story that instills hope by invoking fear," they added.
B Ajaneesh Loknath of 'Kantara' and 'Virupaksha' fame has been roped in for music. Chinmay Salaskar (cinematography), Manisha A Dutt (production designer), D Siva Kamesh (art director), and Niranjan Devaramane (editor) are on board. The film has been co-written by Darahas Palakollu.
The horror mystery must ideally go beyond the obvious. In recent past, films like 'Virupaksha' have tried to blend the two sub-genres successfully.
