'Kaliyugam Pattanamlo’, written and directed by Ramakhanth Reddy, stars Vishwa Karthikeya and Ayushi Patel in the lead roles. The film's teaser launch event was held on Thursday. The film will hit the screens on March 22.
Speaking at the event, actor Rajendra Prasad said, “Vishwa Karthikeya acted in the movie 'Aa Naluguru'. He acted with me at the age of six as my mentor who sells 'appadalu'. Now he acted as a hero. It is understood that the film is coming with a unique point. The title 'Kaliyugam Pattanamlo' sounds very new. The producers of this film are old friends of mine. If you work hard, there will always be opportunities that come your way."
Producer Dr. Kandula Chandra Obul Reddy said, “I am new to the film industry. I own three engineering colleges. The students there have lots of talent. To bring out that talent and help my students, I set up the banner Nani Movie Works. Ramakhanth narrated the story to my team. They started the film within three or four months. He narrated the story for two and a half hours. He could make me involved immediately and understand every scene. I put in a condition that the shooting should be done in Kadapa. I entered the film industry with the intention of doing something good for the people of my village. I am not making films with the intention of staying here and earn. Ajay's music, Chandra Bose and Bhaskara Bhatla's songs are amazing. You can't judge the story of our movie by looking at the teaser and trailers. This story is very new."
Director Ramakhanth Reddy said, “Thanks to the media who came to bless our film. Thanks to my film team for all the support. I will talk about all other matters in the pre-release event of the film.”
Vishwa Karthikeya said, “The media always supports me. Please encourage newcomers. Youngsters will keep coming if everyone supports them. 'Kaliyugam Pattanamlo' is a very special film for me. Mother sentiment and thriller elements were rightly incorporated into the movie. Chandra Obul Reddy took good care of us."
Ayushi Patel said, “I have been fond of movies since childhood. A lot of people had discouraged me from entering movies. I never felt uncomfortable during the days of working on this film. There is good and bad everywhere. Parents should know their child's preferences and encourage them. My father supported me a lot."
