In the trailer for 'Chaari 111', Vennela Kishore plays a secret agent named Brahmachari. Calling himself Chaari in short, he is recruited by Murali Sharma's character for a secret operation, which he turns into a train wreck with his loud ways. The elite secret agency has a formidable task to accomplish and the mission spans two enemy countries - India and Pakistan.
Director TG Keerthi Kumar sets the spy comedy in the backdrop of agencies who perform tasks that have cross-border ramifications. In 1992, India and Pak agreed not to make chemical/biological weapons in their countries. A mad scientist has gone rogue years later. And only Chaari can save India from him. If Satya and others play clowns of sorts in otherwise grave settings, the female lead pulls off gravity-defying martial arts, much to everyone's awe.
The trailer ends with debutante Samyuktha Viswanathan telling the male lead that he will always remain a comedian. "You can never be a hero," she declares. We assume there is a twist in store and Chaari will prove his detractors wrong.
With music by Kollywood's Simon K King and cinematography by Kashish Grover, 'Chaari 111' is produced by Aditi Soni of Barkat Studios. The film will hit the screens on March 1.
