A film reviewer named Sushanth Reddy, who reviews Telugu movies on his YouTube channel named Barbell Pitch Meetings, has been bullied by Jana Sena supporters across social media platforms. His crime? On Friday night, he put out a video analyzing why Jana Sena Party is hopeless because of the inconsistency and lack of focus of Pawan Kalyan. He wrote off the JSP's prospects in the 2024 elections.
An army of Pawan Kalyan's fans have been abusing Sushanth Reddy, saying that he is a paid YSRCP supporter trying to damage Jana Sena. The film critic's caste identity has also been mentioned in their abusive tweets by many supporters of the JSP, saying that he has targeted Power Star only because he is a Reddy.
One supporter of the JSP went to the extent of threatening to morph the pictures of Sushanth Reddy's pregnant sister.
Taking to Twitter, the victim of cyber bullying has urged the Telangana police as well as the AP CID to take legal action against the bully, who has since deleted his Twitter account. "This doesn't come under freedom of speech. Threatening to morph is the cheapest form of bullying. I will try my best to go through legal means," Sushanth wrote.
