'Chaurya Paatam' is the title of an upcoming village-based crime comedy-drama film led by Indhra Ram and Payal Radhakrishna. Saleem Pheku is playing a key role in it. Produced by Trinadha Rao Nakkina (the director of 'Cinema Choopistha Mama', 'Nenu Local' and 'Dhamaka' fame), this one's teaser was released today by Nakkina Narratives
Director Nikhil Gollamari narrates the tale of four robbers, with three displaying apparent incompetence, embarking on a bank heist under the guise of documentary filmmakers. 'Eagle' director Karthik Gattamneni has not only cranked the camera but has also written the story. Sri Nagendra Tangala and Uthura are the production designer and the editor, respectively.
Speaking at the film's Teaser launch event, People Media Factory's Vivek Kuchibotla said, "I think this movie is going to bring the roof down. Trinadha Rao is a commercial director. Such a talent producing 'Chaurya Paatam' is a positive in itself."
'Kartikeya 2' director Chandoo Mondeti said, "I know the story of this film. Many of those who have worked on this movie are close to me."
'Kashmir Files' producer Abhishek Agarwal said, "I like Trinadha Rao personally. I wish his new banner all the best."
Trinadha Rao said that the heroine Payal is a Telugu-speaking girl who looks like a girl next door. He added that Davzand's soundscape will be wow. Roll Rida and Mangli have sung a song and it will be a blast, the makers suggested. "This is not a small film at all. Big technical talents have worked on our movie," the producer said.
