Bandi Sanjay, Raja Singh promote pan-Indian movie 'Razakar'

BJP National General Secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar has supported 'Razakar', an upcoming pan-Indian movie made to expose the history of the Nizam regime and the Razakar militants who terrorized Hindus in the 1940s. The events pertaining to India's Independence and how parts of today's Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka continued to be under the thrall of anti-democratic, pro-Pakistan and communal Nizams till September 1948 would be depicted by this soon-to-be-released movie.

Endorsing the teaser for 'Razakar' after the film's teaser launch event on Sunday in Hyderabad, the Karimnagar MP tweeted, "Literally, I had goosebumps watching it. The current generations should know about the struggles of the Hyderabad Liberation. Let’s engage with history even as these pseudo-intellectuals try to erase it."

The film will mostly focus on the mission of the Razakars to wipe out Hindu culture, the sexual assaults on Hindu girls, and the humiliation of religious-minded Hindus in the Nizam era.

Suspended BJP legislator T Raja Singh also attended the teaser launch event. On the occasion, the film's director Yata Satyanarayana and producer Gudur Narayana Reddy thanked him for his support.
