'BRO', starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, is coming out on OTT four weeks after its theatrical release. The film will stream on Netflix starting August 25. "Bro. BRO. BROOOO. BRO vacchesthundhi bros. BRO arrives on Netflix on 25th August! (sic)," the streaming giant today announced.
The film, helmed by Kollywood's Samuthirakani, didn't do well in theatres. Made as a fantasy comedy, it became a family drama in the final 20 minutes. "The family emotions are decent in the second half and they hold our attention. There are multiple fan moments in which the audience will get entertained," we wrote in our review.
Despite Trivikram's writing and Thaman's music, the remake failed to attract the audience to theatres after the first weekend. It turned out to be a box-office flop owing to multiple factors. People Media Factory has produced 'BRO', whose shoot was wrapped up in less than 55 working days.
Co-starring Ketika Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Priya Prakash Varrier and others, 'BRO' had cinematography by Sujith Vassudev.
