'Bholaa Shankar' makers do what 'BRO' makers didn't

The makers of 'Bholaa Shankar' are prepping for the grand release of the movie on August 11. AK Entertainments has reportedly urged the Andhra Pradesh government to permit the hike of ticket prices by Rs 25 for the first week.

The film, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead, is directed by Meher Ramesh. Producer Anil Sunkara feels that, in view of the high making costs associated with the movie, a hike in ticket prices is reasonable.

The makers of 'BRO', on the other hand, didn't urge the governments of the Telugu States for any hike. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad said that the costs were controlled and that the movie didn't need any hikes.

'Bholaa Shankar', the remake of a Tamil movie, is not carrying enormous buzz. However, the makers are confident that it will be a bigger hit than 'Waltair Veerayya'. The film's pre-release event was held on Sunday evening in Hyderabad.
