As actor Dhanush celebrated his birthday today, his 51st film was officially announced by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP. For this movie, the National Award-winning actor will work with Sekhar Kammula, the most pragmatic director in Tollywood and a National Award-winning filmmaker himself. Tentatively called #D51, the movie will be mounted on a grand scale in several languages. It will be made by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao through their production company, Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP (A Unit Of Asian Group), in collaboration with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. The film is presented by Sonali Narang.
The filmmakers unveiled a concept poster for #D51 announcing the same. Dhanush will appear in a whole new avatar that Sekhar Kammula has meticulously crafted. The project's makers are also in discussions with a number of very well-known individuals. The technical team and other cast members will shortly be revealed in full.
