National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh, is consciously choosing her projects and thanks to her decisions that she is only climbing up the ladder in the industry with each passing movie. While she is now awaiting the release of Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar, news is that she is also getting ready for her Bollywood debut. It is said that the Thalapathy Vijay's popular cop action movie Theri, is going to be remade in Hindi in which Varun Dhawan will play reprise the role of Thalapathy Vijay, while Keerthy Suresh will play the female lead.
In the Tamil film, Samantha played the female lead.
Sources say that the film will begin its regular shoot from August with Keerthy in the lead role. Meanwhile, the producers of the movie, directed by Tamil filmmaker Kalees, announced that the movie will release on May 31, 2024.
In other news, the movie is also being remade in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan playing the protagonist.
