Akhil Akkineni's latest film, "Agent," was met with mostly negative reviews on its release date. In response, Amala Akkineni, his mother, took to Instagram to address the film's box office performance and the criticism it received. Amala enjoyed the movie despite its flaws and believes that it can be enriching and enjoyable if watched with an open mind.

She believes that creativity involves making connections and expressing things in a new way. Amala also acknowledged that trolling stems from deeper insecurities and a need for achievement. She noted that the film was popular among women and promised that Akhil would release a bigger and better film soon.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna and his wife, as parents, are hopeful that their elder son's upcoming film, "Custody," will bring them joy and satisfaction after their recent visit to Tirupati failed to make "Agent" a success.
