The video shows Rao being assisted onto a bed with a waist belt and being examined by a doctor who gives him an oxygen mask. Rao complains of breathing problems and implies he cannot answer any more questions before asking officials if they will kill him.
The leaked video has damaged Rao's image, portraying him as a normal person contrary to his larger than life image. RGV criticized the video and questioned if it was created by artificial intelligence or natural stupidity. The YSRCP social media wing is widely circulating this trolling video.
