The pre-release event for Akhil Akkineni's upcoming film Agent was a huge success, but controversy erupted when film critic Umair Sandhu claimed that Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela was "harassed and uncomfortable" during the shoot of a special dance number with Akhil.
Urvashi responded by filing a legal notice against Sandhu, accusing him of making spurious and ridiculous tweets that defamed her and her family. She denied his allegations and called him an "immature kind of journalist."
Fans are now awaiting an official response from the Akkineni family regarding the controversy. Meanwhile, Urvashi has a busy schedule, with upcoming projects including Agent, a Hollywood film alongside Michelle Morrone, and a song in Ram Pothineni's next directed by Boyapati.
