Ram Pothineni is rumouredly in talks with Puri Jagannadh for a movie. Their 2018 film 'iSmart Shankar' was a big hit.
Why, then, are the fans of the 'RED' actor not-so-happy with the news? They feel that Puri is out of fashion. 'Liger', Puri's 2022 release, was a disaster. The director proved to be out of sync with today's times. 'iSmart Shankar' didn't have a novel story either. It worked mainly because of Mani Sharma's songs and Ram's energy/performance.
Ram's fans are understandably worried about the news. They want the 'Nenu Sailaja' actor to be circumspect before teaming up with Puri.
Ram's film with Boyapati Srinu will be released on October 20.
