It is well-known that many Pan India movies are being made in the South Indian film industry lately, especially in Tollywood. Even in Kannada, star heroes are making big-budget Pan India movies with similar storylines influenced by KGF. However, the Kantara movie is expected to be the last Pan India movie released. After that, many movies from Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada languages failed to reach the North Belt audience.
The latest Telugu movie starring natural star Nani for Dussehra was not a hit in Hindi as expected. Similarly, Samantha's Yashoda and Dhruv Sarja's Veda Kranti were disasters in Hindi. Despite this, the trend of Pan India films from the South seems to be continuing. Every month, one or two films are ready to be released across the country in five languages simultaneously.
Next in this list is Samantha's Shakunthalam movie, which is made with a mythological plot and directed by Gunasekhar. There are high expectations for this movie. Mani Ratnam's Ponniyan Selvan 2 movie is also set to release in Hindi on April 28.
The first movie did not get the expected response in Hindi, and there is no significant buzz for part 2 either. After this, Akhil Surender Reddy's Agent movie will release on April 28 in the Pan India range. Following this, Prashant Varma Teja's Sajja Hanuman movie will release next month. It remains to be seen which movie will be successful in Hindi.
